Important Guidelines for Ladies

Conform to the expected norms
Gotta be pretty to be acceptable 
Gotta be thin to be truly pretty
Blonde to be beautiful
And above all, don’t get fat
Be tractable, be amenable.
Feminine means high heels, make up or at least mascara
Prioritise your appearance above your personality
Men are visual and superficial, so don’t be too deep
Always aim your attraction at men
Don’t be too smart, unless you’re a genius
But if you are a genius always know a man genius who is better
And refer to him frequently
Make an effort, don’t be loud
Be sweet, be kind, avoid conflict, 
Be a fashionista, don’t be proud
And above all avoid getting fat
If you like eating cultivate bulimia, it’s almost impossible to see
So it’s less unpleasant than anorexia and you should live longer
Conform, please to society’s norm
Vilify, scorn, denigrate, malign, youth and those younger
Despise, fear disparage, depreciate old age and those older
Other women, obviously
And do not get fat
Be witty, if you are pretty
You may of course do and be anything
When and if you are young and beautiful – see above
Slander, objectify and emphasise your feminine gender
Within the acceptable and given norm
Don’t mouth back, strive to attract – men
Charm, please, flirt but only tease if gorgeous
Don’t talk. Listen and be aware to never bore – a man
There is no real reason to talk to women
Just conform to the well stated and observable norms
Get surgery to correct mother nature’s mistakes
Eye job, nose job, boob job, carve your labia, bleach your anus
REMOVE ALL HAIR!
Eyebrows and head are, of course, the only exceptions
No pain, no gain. 
Search for and eradicate physical flaws - 
Of which you will have many
Learn to clean and tidy
You only need to be able to read a cook book or a magazine
Tais toi, sois belle!
